Refund Policy

Since Kidint is offering a subscription to a service, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the application is already downloaded by the user. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can occur with regard to the type of product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: due to specific device constraints a user may not be able to download or run the Kidint application on his/her device. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department at accounting@kidint.com within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered downloaded and received.
  • Major defects: although our Web site as well as iOS and Android apps are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team’s approval at support@kidint.com. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays in Chile). If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays in Chile) from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full.

Note: regarding “product not as described”, a free trial of at least one month is provided to all users for evaluation purposes to avoid this situation. Thus, this is not recognized by us as a valid reason for refunds.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc). We don’t guarantee that our product is fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and valid reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.
